Another Golden Girl Down.

:(  Seldom do I get news via the taxi cab tv and then have to text it to my friends.  But, such was the case with the death of Bea Arthur.  This woman was not a comedian, but damn she was funny.  She was not gay or so they say, but she was cool enough to be.  The only person that could raise a brow at Archie Bunker and tilt the whole show on its head.  She didn't even have a tv career until about 50 years old.  I admire that.  And I hope more tv execs will grab funny women in their 50's or greenlight more ground breaking shows like the "Golden Girls".  Rue and Betty White must be very sad and eating their vitamins.  Rest in peace, funny lady.  Jeff Ross will never be able to write his best joke off of you again.
